November Giveaway Terms
1. Promotion and promoter
The Bloom Rituel November Skincare Giveaway is conducted by Helena Mandilas (ABN 91 566 844 859), trading as Bloom Rituel, Unit 4, 72–74 Hillcrest Drive, Westmeadows VIC 3049. Contact: hello@bloomrituel.com.au. Website: https://bloomrituel.com.au.
2. Dates
Entry period: 2 November 2026 at 7:00 pm to 29 November 2026 at 11:59 pm, Melbourne time (AEDT).
3. Who can enter
Entry is open to residents of Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania and the Australian Capital Territory aged 18 years or older, with a delivery address in one of those jurisdictions. Western Australian and Northern Territory residents are not eligible, even if they nominate a delivery address elsewhere. The promoter, people involved in administering the promotion, its employees and their immediate families are ineligible.
4. How to enter
During the entry period, purchase eligible skincare products through bloomrituel.com.au and complete payment before entries close. Each eligible unit purchased gives the purchaser one entry. A skincare gift set or bundle sold as one product counts as one unit. For example, three eligible units purchased in one order give three entries. Multiple qualifying orders are allowed.
Eligible products are physical skincare products and skincare gift sets marked as eligible on their product pages. Accessories, beauty tools, digital products, gift cards, free gifts and purchases on other websites are excluded. No separate entry fee applies. Products are sold at their usual prices, including any generally available genuine discounts; prices will not be increased for this promotion. Normal delivery charges apply.
Entry is recorded from the qualifying Shopify order; no separate entry form or newsletter subscription is required. Supply a valid email address so the promoter can contact you. Keep your order confirmation. Orders placed before opening, payments received after closing, test orders, fraudulent orders and cancelled purchases are ineligible. Refunded or returned units lose their associated entries before the draw. A partial return affects only the entries for the returned units. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
5. Prize
One winner receives one Biodance Glow Travel Essentials Set, valued at A$44.95, with standard delivery to an eligible address paid by the promoter. Total advertised product prize pool: A$44.95. No cash alternative or transfer is offered. Any replacement required because the prize becomes unavailable must comply with applicable rules and be of equal or greater value.
6. Draw
The draw will take place at 12 noon AEDT on 30 November 2026, at the promoter's address above, using a computer-generated random selection from a final audited list of valid entries. Each entry has an equal chance of winning. The promoter will keep the entry list and a record of the draw. No winner is selected on the basis of purchase value or marketing consent.
7. Notification and delivery
The winner will be contacted by email within two business days of the draw, and asked to confirm eligibility and delivery details. The promoter will never request payment to claim the prize. The winner's first name, surname initial and state or territory will be published on the promotion's website page by 2 December 2026, remaining there for at least seven days. Additional publication will occur where legally required. Do not publish an email address, order number or street address.
The promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner and allow three months to claim. The prize will be sent within 28 days of the draw where the winner has supplied the necessary details. If the prize remains unclaimed, it will be handled according to the relevant regulator's requirements and directions; it will not automatically be retained or redrawn.
8. Personal information
Order information will be used to administer entries, check eligibility, contact the winner, deliver the prize and keep required promotion records. Records will be stored securely for three years and then deleted or de-identified unless another retention requirement applies. Entry does not subscribe anyone to marketing. Marketing messages require separate consent. See the store's published privacy policy for further information and contact the promoter about promotion-related information.
9. Other conditions
Nothing in these terms limits rights under Australian Consumer Law. Invalid or fraudulent entries may be excluded on reasonable, documented grounds. The promoter will only change, suspend or cancel the promotion as permitted by law and with any necessary prior regulatory approval. This promotion is run by Bloom Rituel and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Biodance, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or Shopify. Entrants release the social platforms from liability in connection with this promotion to the extent permitted by law.
