Refund Policy

At Bloom Rituel, we want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. This policy applies to physical products, skincare accessories and digital products purchased through our website.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fails to meet the consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances. (ACCC)

Physical Products

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order and provide your order details together with photographs where appropriate.

We will assess the issue and, where required under Australian Consumer Law, provide an appropriate remedy.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare, beauty or personal-care products cannot generally be returned for change of mind.

We are not required to provide a refund or exchange where you simply change your mind, choose the wrong product or no longer require the item. (ACCC)

Digital Products and Guides

Due to the immediate-access nature of downloadable digital products, Bloom Rituel does not generally offer change-of-mind refunds once a digital guide or other downloadable product has been delivered or accessed.

This does not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law if the digital product is faulty, materially different from its description or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees. (ACCC)

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive the wrong physical product or your order is damaged in transit, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue so we can assist you.

Returns

Where a return is required, Bloom Rituel will provide instructions before the product is sent back. Please do not return products without contacting us first.
